A community-rooted organization centered on youth success
Youth development is our core mission. Family support is the wraparound that makes youth participation possible.
Our mission
Creating brighter futures by empowering youth and strengthening the families and communities that support them.
Camino al Éxito is a nonprofit serving underrepresented youth and families in Dutchess County. Our core focus is youth development, supporting middle and high school students during a critical stage when identity, confidence, and future paths begin to take shape.
Through after-school programs, mentorship, leadership development, and real-world learning experiences, young people build the skills, confidence, and sense of belonging they need to thrive.
Because youth don't thrive in isolation, we also support families with the resources they need to create stability at home, so young people can stay engaged, grow, and succeed.

Built on trust. Led by lived experience.
Camino was created to address the real barriers many families face in accessing opportunity, information, and support. Rooted in lived experience and cultural connection, we've built trust by showing up consistently for youth and families in ways that are welcoming, practical, and deeply community-centered.
