Once they reach the USA they go through another quality control inspection to make sure they are premium quality stones which are able to bear the Hypnotic Gems brand name. On average most pieces are between 1" and 2" with around 15 pieces per pound, but since these are sold by weight and not number of pieces the exact sizes and number of pieces per pound is not guaranteed.
